HYROX comes to Big D with its signature global fitness race format. 8 x 1km runs alternating with 8 functional workout stations: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Race categories include Singles, Doubles (2-person team), Relay (4-person team), and Pro divisions for men, women, and mixed teams. The indoor venue provides a climate-controlled racing environment with the signature HYROX atmosphere — music, announcers, and the electric Roxzone spectator area.
