Rock'N Race 5k Run/Walk Fundraiser

The 24th Annual Rock'N Race will be on Wednesday May 6, 2026 on the State House Lawn in downtown Concord, NH. We will be walking and running to raise funds for cancer patients and their families receiving support services at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center. 5:50 pm pre-race program 6:00 pm Race Start Run and/or walk a 5K route or walk a shorter one-mile loop. The event features live music along the way and a variety of snacks and food after the event. Please note that registered runners are timed and registered walkers are untimed. No pets are allowed to participate in the race for safety precautions.Individuals pushing strollers must line up with the walkers on Capitol Street. If running with a stroller, please line up at the back of the runners on N. State Street.
