Join us on May 30th @ 9AM as we honor, remember, and support those impacted by invisibledisabilities, illness, and chronic pain. This inclusive 5K invites participants of all abilitiesto complete 3.1 miles—by foot or by wheels—bringing together runners, walkers,skaters, families, and wheelchair users in a powerful show of unity and awareness. Walk, run, roll, skate, or ride—however you move, you belong here. At the finish line, participants are invited to leave their mark on a collaborative art wall,creating a meaningful visual representation of resilience, support, and unseen struggles.Through messages, artwork, and reflections, each contribution helps tell astory—reminding us that strength often exists in ways we cannot immediately see. With an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, opportunities for connection, andengaging experiences beyond the race itself, this event is designed to bring peopletogether and spark important conversations. This accessible, fully paved 5K supports the Invisible Disabilities Association and theirmission of education, connection, and awareness. All participants will receive a finisheraward. Race begins at 9AM; suggested arrival time is 8-@ least twenty minutes early. Come run it. Walk it. Stroll it.Just don’t miss it.
