IRONMAN 70.3 Chattanooga — Tennessee River Valley

Race IRONMAN 70.3 Chattanooga through the stunning Tennessee River Valley. Known for its fast downstream swim and challenging bike course through the mountains, this race offers a unique combination of speed and scenic beauty.

SWIM (1.2 miles): A point-to-point downstream swim in the Tennessee River. The river current assists athletes, producing some of the fastest swim splits on the 70.3 circuit. The downtown Chattanooga start and finish create an electric atmosphere.

BIKE (56 miles): The bike course heads into the rolling hills and mountain terrain surrounding Chattanooga. Athletes climb through scenic valleys, past farms and forests, with panoramic views of the Tennessee countryside. The challenging course rewards strong cyclists with a thrilling ride through one of the most beautiful settings in IRONMAN racing.

RUN (13.1 miles): The run course follows the Tennessee Riverwalk and runs through downtown Chattanooga's parks and along the riverfront. Spectator support is excellent throughout the course.
