Choose your distance—all paces are welcome. Event Schedule7:00 AM – Packet Pickup Opens 8:00 AM – Races Start To keep the Capital Trail safe and comfortable for all users, runners will be released in small groups of 1–3. Your chip time begins when you cross the starting mat and ends when you cross the finish mat—so your race is truly your race. Celebrate your finish with your medal and a well‑earned post‑race refreshment. Run With Purpose The Southern Virginia Chapter of AUSA works to educate, inform, and connect Soldiers, Families, and the entire Fort Lee community—including National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve partners. Every registration supports the 2nd Annual Charles City High School JROTC Scholarship Fund, helping develop the next generation of leaders.
