The Defender 5K is pleased to announce a new course this year that will be fun, fast, and beautiful.Awards will be given to the top overall female and male finishers as well as to the top 2 female and male finishers in each age group. The age groups are listed below. Kids run will be 12 and under. 13 and under 14-19 20-2930-3940-4950 and over
