Join us at the Dignity Dash to support Alternatives, Inc. Bring your family and friends and join us for a beautiful day in a picturesque park! The flat and fast course provides an ample amount of shade, making it a great place to set PB's! Awards and medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Overall Winners & 1st Place Men and Women Per Age Category What to Expect at the Event Tons of food and a plentiful amount of water and other beverages; Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge; Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge; Duke Island Park is a great place to spend the day with the family. The Dash begins near the playground and is sure to please kids young and older; 10k or 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix; Fun Walk (about a mile); FREE Kids Dash for those under 10; T-Shirts for first 150 sign ups The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.
