3rd Annual LESS Society Table Rock Run

About the EventJoin the LESS Society for our third annual Table Rock Run, a community celebration of health, perseverance, and purpose. This scenic event brings together healthcare professionals, families, and outdoor enthusiasts for a morning of movement, connection, and giving back — all against the backdrop of Boise’s iconic foothills. The run advances the LESS Society’s mission of Technology, Investing, Education, and Research (TIER) by fostering collaboration between innovation and community wellness. Proceeds from the event will support the LESS Society Idaho Scholarship Initiative, which provides educational opportunities for Idaho students pursuing careers in healthcare, science, and community leadership. Course DetailsThe Table Rock Trail (#15) is a 3.8-mile round-trip route with approximately 900 feet of elevation gain. Runners will start at the Table Rock Trailhead, climb to the summit overlooking downtown Boise and the Treasure Valley, and loop back to the base. The course is moderate in difficulty, fully marked, and staffed with volunteers to ensure safety and support. In the event of muddy or unsafe conditions, the route will shift to the Old Penitentiary Loop Trail (#17) and Shoshone-Bannock Trail (#20) — maintaining a similar distance while protecting sensitive terrain.
