Beech Mountain Resort: Downhill Southeast Pit Space

Each reservation includes one (1) 10' x 10' space or one (1) 20' x 20' space, based on the reservation selected.Spaces are pre-marked in advance.Final placement may be adjusted based on arrival order, operational needs, or event layout changes.Vendor arrival windows must be scheduled in advance with the event team for Thursday or Friday morning load in.Specific arrival times will be assigned prior to the event. PIT SPACE DETAILS – BEECH MOUNTAIN RESORTPit spaces are located in Lot 2 within the main base area. Space sizes are limited and will be assigned based on availability and operational needs. Only teams or renters with a confirmed pit space will be permitted to set up. All setups must remain within the designated footprint purchased. What you pay for is the space you get and failure to stay within your assigned footprint will result in additional charges.BOOKINGAll pit spaces must be reserved in advance through Beech Mountain Resort and will not be available for purchase on site.PRICINGPit space pricing is for the full event duration and is not offered on a daily basis.FOOTPRINT ASSIGNMENTSEach team or renter will be assigned a specific footprint based on the size purchased. Setups must not exceed the dimensions of the assigned space. Any use beyond your designated space without prior approval will result in additional charges. Beech Mountain Resort reserves the right to adjust assignments if necessary for operational needs.CHECK-IN AND LOAD-INLoad in will take place Thursday and Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All pit space renters must coordinate a specific arrival time in advance with the Event Director. Unscheduled arrivals may not be accommodated.OPERATIONS AND VEHICLE POLICYNo vehicle traffic is permitted in the pit space area during event hours. On Saturday and Sunday there is no vehicle movement allowed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All vehicles must be removed from the pit area outside of approved load in and load out times. No additional vehicles are permitted within pit spaces beyond what has been approved.TENTS AND SAFETYAll tents and canopies must be properly secured with adequate weights. All tents must be lowered overnight. Each pit space is required to have a fire extinguisher present within the tent at all times.TRASH AND CLEANLINESSAll trash must be removed from your pit space and taken to designated dumpsters each evening. Failure to clean your space or dispose of trash properly will result in additional charges.GENERAL POLICIESNo open flames, fire pits, or campfires are permitted. Generators must be approved in advance. No subletting or sharing of space is allowed without prior approval. Beech Mountain Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All participants are responsible for the safety and security of their own equipment. Once registered, please be on the lookout for an email from Hannah Sheets. Timely response is required to confirm your pit space assignment. If you do not respond, your registration will be considered incomplete and may be forfeited. This information is necessary for scheduling and space coordination. Arrival without prior confirmation will not be permitted.
