Angry Cow Trail Run / Obstacle Race

Date--May 30,2026Location--WEST SIDE OF LAKE AT THE DAM Rockford Lake 29988 S 108 Road Beatrice,NeDistances--Approximately 3-4 milesRUCKING IS ADDED THIS YEAR. IF YOU PLAN ON RUCKING SIGN UP FOR THE DISTANCE ON LINE AND CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE REGULARCHECK IN ON RACE DAY. THERE WILL BE A CUTOFF TIME. THERE WILL ALSO BE 2 PERSON TEAMS!!! TEAMS WILL RUN TOGETHER THE WHOLE TIME. CHECK IN AS YOUR TEAM NAME. Fees--$30Fees include--shirts,awards,snacks,drinksRegistration closes May 15 7:00pm Any late entries will not get a shirt.Check in--8:00am West side of the lake by the dam.Start--8:30amFormat--Course is on trails of Rockford lake. Mostly on trails with a mix of trees and open pasture trails. During the race you will be directed to a spot in the park for certain challenges.
