Friday Morning 5K Group Run Start your Friday the best way possible—with a free community run along the beautiful Bay St. Louis waterfront! Join Bay Saint Louis Running Company every Friday morning at 5:30 AM for a relaxed, welcoming group 5K. Whether you’re training for your next race, getting back into running, or just looking for great company, everyone is welcome. Beach Blvd.Bay St. Louis, MS 39520Distance: Approximately 5K (3.1 miles)Cost: FREE!All paces are welcome, from walkers and run/walkers to experienced runners. This is a fun, supportive community run—not a race.
