Health Walk/Run

The Health Walk/Run is a community fundraising event to support Your Health America, Inc(YHA) a 501(c)(3) organization. YHA mission is to assist in the fight against obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and other chronic diseases that are Preventable by living a healthy lifestyle. YHA has an ongoing Health Education Project, Self Care Training Project and The Annual Health Walk/Run. At Race we will have other physical activities such as line dancing, aerobic exercises and other exercises available at Trammell Crow Park
