2026 BOO! Brain Cancer Virtual Challenge

Get Ready for the 4th Annual Virtual BOO! Brain Cancer Challenge! 🎃💜 Join us this October as we come together virtually to raise critical funds for pediatric brain cancer research and clinical trials while bringing hope to children and families facing the unimaginable. Brain cancer is the leading cause of disease-related death in children, and Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) remains one of the deadliest pediatric brain cancers. Most children diagnosed with DIPG survive only 9–12 months, and there is currently no cure. No family should ever hear that their child's cancer is incurable. Together, we can help fund more research, more hope, and more tomorrows. The BOO! Brain Cancer Challenge is a virtual event that can be completed at any time during October. Choose the challenge that's right for you—a 5K, a 10K, or your own custom challenge. Whether you walk, run, hike, bike, or create a unique challenge with family and friends, every mile helps raise awareness, and every registration helps fund lifesaving research.
